To troubleshoot and carry out repairs on home appliances as requested by customers, such as Refrigerator, Freezer, Washing machine, Microwave, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
- Diagnosed and repaired household appliances as required
- Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties
- Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly
- Replace Defective components
- Maintaining an accurate record (written, pictures, and videos) of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
- Performs other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the company
EDUCATION, REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE:
- Sound Secondary Education
- Certification in the Electrical or related field
- At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Or relevant combination of training and experience
- MUST have a driver’s License and a vehicle
