JOB PURPOSE
To support the Senior Operations Analyst & Supply Chain Improvement Manager by analyzing data, monitor key Supply Chain Performance Indicators and produce reports with recommendations on improving overall Operations
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The job is satisfactorily performed when:
- Communication to both internal and external customers is timely.
- Dissemination of daily Key performance Reports as indicated by the Supply Chain Improvement Manager
- Productivity levels within the organization is completed accurately and on time.
- Data provided for decision making is accurate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FUNCTIONAL:
- Provide expert-level support in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization, to enhance operational reporting and
decision-making. - Train users in report building, data extraction, and analysis to improve their proficiency in utilizing ERP systems (S2K Enterprise) and other business tools.
- Analyze large datasets to validate data integrity, identify trends, and generate insights that support operational improvements.
- Ensure system accuracy by regularly reviewing, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse pick layouts and other operational workflows to drive efficiency and improve service levels.
- Update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Support product recall processes, ensuring proper tracking and reporting in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee timely and accurate ERP system updates, including Lot Maintenance, Bin Entries, and Serial Amendments.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Kit/Bill of Materials (BOM) features within the ERP system.
- Monitor and audit physical and system-based processes to ensure adherence to operational protocols and best practices.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Provide support and technical guidance to the various Divisions within the organization to troubleshoot and resolve inefficiencies and enhance their
understanding, utilization and proficiency of various software applications.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT:
- Investigate and report on incidents and/or accidents to Supervisor/Manager and the HSSE, Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure the application of and adherence to established HSE measures and procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees and the Company’s
customers.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Adhere to the Company’s quality & customer service standards and procedures.
- Ensure the Company’s quality & customer service standards and procedures are being adhered to & reinforce compliance with direct reports.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist in the generation and distribution of key performance reports such as Order to Delivery (O2D), Customer Service & Distribution Attainment
Report, Tobago Deliveries Report, etc, as required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal
networks to enhance knowledge of best in class practices and systems. - Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

SUPERVISES:
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, MATERIALS, ETC.:
- MS Office Safety Gear (PPE) for plant/warehouse use…shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses
- Laptop Computer Email software
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
- Diploma in Business Information Systems or equivalent level education in a related field
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using a Warehouse Management Software will be an asset
- Or relevant combination of training and experience
